Children can begin from 3 years old in my.  Little Dragons programme, with classes available through childhood, the teenage years and into adulthood.

Yes. Many children need a little time to settle into something new. Some are confident from their very first lesson, while others need a few sessions before they feel completely comfortable.

Over the years I’ve taught many shy children who have gone on to become confident, enthusiastic students. Occasionally a parent may even join them on the mats during their first lesson or two if it helps them settle. Patience and encouragement often make all the difference.

Not at all. Most students begin with no martial arts experience. Classes are designed to help complete beginners learn safely and progress at their own pace.

For your trial lesson, simply wear comfortable sports clothing and bring a bottle of water. I’ll explain everything else if you decide to join.
