******** Online Classes ! *********
When Lock Down happened my students and I were determined to keep on training. So we did! I jumped onto Zoom and within a couple of days of Lock Down being declared I was ready to continue teaching my wonderful students. I have been both delighted and impressed with the progress all continued to make doing online classes. So much so that I have decided to continue to offer online classes.
With a very full timetable it’s not possible to yet add a weekly online class. However I am keen for this to happen some time in the future. In the meantime I will be offering an online Seminar to my existing students once a month. The first one to be announced soon.
However, starting Friday 16th of October at 9:00 – 9:30am, a new class will begin. This class – Fighting Fit, will be a martial arts based fitness class. The class will be held via Zoom and later uploaded to YouTube so you can complete the class again if you wish, or catch it if you missed it the first time around.
The best way to fight off COVID is to be fit and healthy in both mind and body – training in Martial Arts is the best way to achieve this.
